Nestled in the heart of Irving, Texas, at the vibrant Toyota Music Factory, our dessert shop is the brainchild of Olympic swimmer Stephen El Gidi. Transitioning from the fast lanes of international swimming competitions to the fast-paced world of gourmet desserts, Stephen brings the same dedication and passion to crafting exceptional cheesecakes.
Our Journey
Stephen's foray into the culinary scene began as a side hustle, selling cheesecakes at summer festivals. His relentless drive led him to secure spots at major venues like Six Flags Over Texas and the State Fair of Texas. In 2023, our signature Biscoff Delight cheesecake clinched the "Best Taste – Sweet" award at the Big Tex Choice Awards, catapulting Drizzle Cheesecakes into the spotlight. This success paved the way for our first brick-and-mortar location, which opened its doors on January 18, 2025.
Our Creations
At Drizzle Cheesecakes, we specialize in New York-style cheesecakes, each slice dipped in rich Belgian chocolate and adorned with an array of toppings—from crushed Oreos and salted pretzels to fresh strawberries and caramel drizzle. Our menu features six delectable flavors, including the award-winning Biscoff Delight, all served on a convenient stick for on-the-go enjoyment.
